Job Summary/岗位简介 :
This position is responsible for leading the Ligand Binding Assay (LBA) Department in Medicilon, with overall responsibility for providing large molecule bioanalysis. It will have the overall responsibility for planning and implementing the budget; managing bioanalytical work, training employees and conducting employee performance reviews. Ensuring that all GLP regulations, SOPs, and protocols are followed by appropriate personnel. Keep up with the latest knowledge, technologies, and regulations in the field, and grow the department.

Qualifications Requirement/任职资格
1、PhD degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or M.S. degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor degree in relevant fields with 10 years of relevant experience.
博士学历，至少5年的相关工作经历；或硕士学历，至少8年的工作经验或具有本科学历并在相关领域有至少10年的工作经验。
2、 Srong background knowledge in immunology and experienced in LBA and GLP, have deep understanding in the field of LBA bioanalysis, including method development, method validation and sample analyis.

3、Ability to lead and manage staff in growing and changing environment.
