Responsibilities will include antibody lead generation to support biological therapeutics programs and early target discovery efforts across multiple disease areas. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in designing and executing antibody discovery projects, be familiar with immunization strategies against difficult targets, designing protein and cell-based assays for binding and functional activity selection of target-specific antibody candidates.

Qualification
1. Candidate should have a PhD with 5-8 years, or related experience in immunology, cell biology or biochemistry. Prior industry experience is a strong plus.
2. Expertise in immunization strategies.
3. Experience in monoclonal antibody generation from immunized sources, including hybridoma generation, B-cell cloning and phage/yeast display in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
4. Expertise in designing and executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, Western, ForteBio Octet and cell-based assays.
5. Experience in managing teams in a matrix environment.

6. Rich experience in new drug research and development and project to clinical stage.
